Welcome back to another week of Short Pour! We are checking out the Batch and Bottle Manhattan with our first pre-mixed drink. This was a hold over from last year's whiskey fest so we were a little nervous.
This week we check out the Rockefeller Center Christmas tree. We check out its humble beginnings and how it transformed into the spectacle that it is now. We explore how they pick each tree each year, how they transport it there, and how they decorate it. Despite the custom trailer, the streets of NYC actually prevent it from being even bigger! We also discuss the absurdity of 5 miles of tree lights and the 900lb Christmas tree topper.
We end with a review from someone who doesn't seem to understand paying extra for convenience.
